Thank you for shopping with Sports Performance. We appreciate every order and want to make sure your pickleball and tennis gear gets to you as quickly and safely as possible.

Processing Time

Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after your payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Times

Standard shipping within the United States typically takes about 5–8 business days. Faster shipping options may also be available at checkout depending on your location.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on where your order is being shipped and the delivery option you choose.

Tracking Your Order

As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email so you can keep up with your package every step of the way.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your order is delayed or seems lost, don’t worry — contact us and we’ll do our best to help resolve the issue with the shipping carrier.

International Shipping

Right now, we only ship within the United States, but we’re hoping to expand internationally as Sports Performance continues to grow.
